Amr Moussa, the head of the constituent assembly, handed the draft constitution to interim President Adli Mansour on Tuesday.

The 50-member assembly, which was formed in September to amend a constitution written by an Islamist-led assembly last year, finished voting on amendments on Sunday.

Mansour is expected to call for a constitutional referendum within the next four weeks.
