Buyers of luxury apartments at the EnglishPoint Marina, a Sh5 billion beachfront development in Mombasa, are to move in by May as the boating facility nears completion. The developer, Alnoor Kanji, said challenges faced when erecting the structure on the sea-front have been overcome and now awaits supplies for finishing.
"The first owners will move in April/May. There will be no phasing, (we) want the owners to move into a complete structure and not a construction site," he said.
