The embattled Kwahu East District Chief Executive (DCE), Samuel Asamoah last week Tuesday, had his hopes of ending his confirmation journey dashed, when he failed the fourth time to win the confidence of the Assembly in an election supervised by the Electoral Commission.
Out of the 30 valid votes cast, Mr. Asamoah polled 19, representing 63.3%. He ought to have polled 20 votes to ensure his confirmation for the position.
