Nigeria: Stick With PDP, Suswam Urges Aliyu, Lamido

Makurdi — Governor Gabriel Suswam of Benue State yesterday urged his colleagues; Governors Muazu Babangida Aliyu and Sule Lamido to remain resolute in their decision to stick with the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP).

Suswam's advice to both governors of Niger and Jigawa States respectively was against the background of the action taken by five out of G7 governors of the nPDP, who merged with the All Progressive Party (APC) last week.
