Kenya: ICC Rejects Uhuru Plea to Stop Case

ICC judges have rejected President Uhuru Kenyatta's application to have his case stopped over claims of witness coaching. The judges were unanimous in dismissing the application. They said the threshold for permanently stopping a trial is very high and can only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
