Sudan: Republican Decree On Appointment of State Ministers Issued

Khartoum — President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has issued a Republican Decree appointing the following as state ministers:

Fadlalla Abdalla as State Minister at the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Fadul Abdalla Fadul as State Minister at the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Al-Rashid Haroun Adam as State Minister at the Presidency of the Republic, Jamal Mahmoud Ibrahim as State Minister at the Council of Ministers, Maj. Gen. Yahia Mohamed Khair as State Minister at the Ministry of Defence, Kamal-Eddin Ismail Saeed as State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yasser Yousif Ibrahim as State Minister at the Ministry of Information, Hatim Abul-Gasim Mukhtar as State Minister at the Ministry of Oil, Dr. Obeidalla Mohamed Obeidalla as State Minister at the Ministry of Oil, Jihad Hamza Hamid as State Minister at the Ministry of Trade, Oshaik Mohamed Tahir as State Minister at the Ministry of Transport, Roads and Bridges, Al-Saddiq Mohamed Ali Hassabal-Rasoul as State Minister at the Ministry of Development, Human Resources and Labor, Al-Saddiq Fadlalla Sabahal-Khair as State Minister at the Ministry of Sciences and Communication, Mohamed Ahmed Ajaballa as State Minister at the Ministry of Finance, Ali Mohamed Musa Tawer as State Minister at the Higher Council for Investment.
