Nigeria: Force Alone Can't Stop Terrorism - NSA

The Presidency yesterday disclosed a change of tactics in fighting the Boko Haram insurgency after realising that the military alone could not stop the menace of terrorism.

The National Security Adviser (NSA) to the President, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd) made this disclosure in his speech delivered at the Strategic Communications workshop held at the National Defence College, Abuja.
