After serving their terms in jail for contract splitting, the Supreme Court Friday set aside the judgment which sent the former chairman, Board of Directors of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Chief Olabode George and five former members of the board to jail.
The apex court also quashed their conviction and discharged and acquitted them.
