Kenya: Octopizzo, Blinky Bill Scouted for the American Market

Rab Bakari, a top American hip-hop creative artiste and record producer has pin-pointed Kenyan hip-hop artistes, Octopizzo and Just A Band's Blinky Bill, as being prepared for the the American market.

The 46-year-old Ghanian-born American creator with one of America's biggest record labels, Def Jam Records - a stable cataloged by the largest multinational music corporation, Universal Music Group (UMG) - was in Kenya during the Kenya Music Week and was seeking for new grounds to introduce more Kenyan hip-hop artistes into the USA music space.
