The Mombasa county government plans to ban terminal tractors from operating outside the port. The tractors are blamed for rising road accidents and congestion in the county. Regional traffic enforcement officer Martin Kariuki says the tractors are not allowed to operate outside the port as they don't have side mirrors and other safety standards.
