Dodoma — AN additional 3,000 tractors will be imported by Suma JKT during phase II of an Indian government funded loan scheme, as the government makes good its promise of mechanise the country's agriculture sector.
Responding to main questions from Igalula legislator (CCM), Dr Athuman Mfutakamba, Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Food Security and Cooperatives, Adam Malima said an initial 50 tractors imported by Suma JKT under an Indian government loan are finished.
