Nigeria: Tambuwal Rejects Call for Cut in Oil Benchmark

Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Waziri Tambuwal yesterday questioned the rationale behind the insistence by government minister to save money, despite the existing deficit in the infrastructural development across the country.

Tambuwal lamented the continued foot-dragging of the federal government on the legislators increase in the price of oil benchmark which he said would improve the provision of development projects to Nigerians.
