Kenya: Jubilee Fatigue Has Come Rather Early

The Jubilee regime is moving at 17th-century painter Chou Yung speed. The painter wanted to get to a town across a river before the gates closed at nightfall.

The painter had some papers and books, so he hired a boy to help with the load. As the boat got closer, Chou Yung asked the rower if they would make it. The rower looked at the boy, with his loosely tied load, and said,"Yes, if you do not walk too fast."
