The Ethiopian Government and the International Fund for Agricultural Development have agreed $85 million loan to finance part of the third phase of Ethiopia's Pastoral Community Development Project.
The Project, with successful completion of its first and second phases, aims at reducing poverty among pastoralist households through improved access to community based basic services.
