Kenya: Tande, Naikuni Face Probe Over Portlands Cement Wrangles

THE Ministry of Industrialisation and Enterprise Development has recommended that East African Portlands Cement directors be investigated in regards to a chaotic annual general meeting held on Tuesday.

Principal secretary Wilson Songa said the conduct of EAPCC chairman and board members including chief executive Kepha Tande and directors Titus Naikuni (Kenya Airways CEO) and Hamish Keith as well as company secretary J. Maonga should be investigated in relation to the AGM.
