Tunisia: Progress of Transition Process in Tunisia Appreciated By USA - William Roebuck

Bardo — Deputy Assistant Secretary for Maghreb Affairs William Roebuck said that the United States appreciated the progress achieved by the transition process in Tunisia which he considered difficult, voicing optimism as to the future of the Tunisian democratic experience.

In a statement to TAP news agency after a talk in Bardo palace with President of the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) Mustapha Ben Jaafar, Mr. Roebuck said that Tunisia has been overcoming the difficulties of the democratic process and achieving a significant step in this field.
