Juba — South Sudanese army (SPLA) soldiers have been accused of carrying out ethnic killings during recent clashes in the South Sudan capital, Juba, according to eyewitness accounts provided to Human Rights Watch (HRW).
An estimated 500 have been killed and hundreds more injured after violence broke out in Juba on Sunday following clashes between rival factions of the presidential guards.
