TWO men of Bulgarian origin yesterday appeared before Kabwe Principal Resident Magistrate John Mbuzi for plea over charges of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) forgery.
However, State prosecutor Lennox Kasungu informed the court that the two could not take plea as one of them did not understand English, and the interpreter was out of town on national duty.
