Ghana: TMA Introduces 'Stand for Clean' Campaign

Tema — The Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA) has introduced what it referred to as 'Stand for Clean Tema Campaign', to help get rid of filth within the Metropolis and enhance its sanitation situation.

According to the Assembly, the 'Stand for Clean Tema Campaign' would be implemented in the form of clean up exercises on monthly bases, for the first six months, after which the frequency would be reviewed, based on how successful the programme turns out to be.
