Egypt: EBRD Funds Projects Worth U.S.$50 Million in Egypt

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed a $50-million agreement to support funding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Egypt.

In a statement, the London-based EBRD said that the agreement, which was signed on Thursday 19/12/2013 with the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), came as part of a funding package, worth up to $100 million with the NBE.
