Angola: Luanda Govt With Integrated Transport Plan to Improve Mobility

The governor of Luanda, Bento Joaquim Sebastião Francisco Bento, said on Friday here that it is under execution the integrated plan of transports aimed to introduce the road, railway and maritime circulation, offering in short term to local citizens several mobility options.

The official said so when assessing the activities held in 2013, stating that Luanda continues to receive daily and weekly many people reason why the population exponential growth of Luanda citizens reflects on infrastructures that entail their living standards.

"The government, in particular the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, has been taking some measures in the domain of territorial development of urban mobility and in the increase of schools and health units to improve the population's services", said the governor.
