Maputo — The global challenges facing humanity today affect all states, regardless of their level of development, Mozambican President Armando Guebuza said on Friday.
Speaking at the end-of-year reception offered to members of the diplomatic corps, Guebuza said such global challenges “touch on all of us, regardless of our geographical location, or level of development, the size of our states or the number of their inhabitants”.
