Egypt: Two Army Soldiers Martyred and Eight Others Injured, Three Terrorists Killed in Sinai

Three terrorists were killed, two soldiers were martyred and eight others including a woman were injured, during the attack launched by Takfiri elements in Al Mahdeyya village, south Rafah, during the fierce clashes involving automatic weapons among the army, police troops and the armed elements.

Colonel Ahmed Mohamed Ali, the Military Spokesman said elements of the army and police stormed Al Mahdeyya village upon information on the existence of Shady Al Menaei and Kamal Allam, the leading members of Ansar Beit Al Maqdess group, in the village.

The Spokesman said during the clash with the targeted elements, two army soldiers were martyred and eight others were injured and three terrorists were killed.

The Spokesman said the army troops are continuing operations involving helicopters.
