The High court has stopped the implementation of the new parking fee in the CBD pending an appeal by the 26 Matatu Saccos. The order is a reprieve for Nairobi motorists who would have had to part with 300 shillings. Judge Isaac Lenaola suspended the implementation of the new fee until 13th January next year.
