Bardo — Jilani Hammami, Popular Front leader and Spokesman for Workers' Party, said that the Quartet had undertaken on Monday, before participating parties in the national dialogue, to finish off the three processes set out in the roadmap before January 14, 2014.
In a statement to the media, Hammami stressed the imperative to set a deadline for national dialogue. A request was made in this regard by the National Salvation Front in a note sent to the plenary session, including its conditions to participate in the national dialogue.
The Salvation Front, he indicated, will hold a meeting on Tuesday to announce its final position about participation in dialogue, in light of the Quartet's reactions to the note.
The plenary session marking resumption of the national dialogue opened in the absence of the Republican Party (Al-Joumhouri).
