Kenya: Sh200 Million Project for Thika East

The government will soon fund a Sh200 million water project in Thika East, Kiambu county, Thika MP Alice Ng'ang'a has said.

She said the project will provide water for domestic use and irrigation to the residents of Ngoliba, Kilimambogo and Gatuanyaga.

Speaking at Gatuanyaga on Sunday, Ng'ang'a said many more projects are in the offing for he new year.

She said she is working closing with the government.

"Through this partnership my people will benefit a lot since we shall attract many projects like this," Ng'ang'a said.
