Eritrea: More Endeavors to Be Exerted in Anseba Region Towards Nurturing Moral Virtues Among Students

Keren — The participants of a seminar conducted in Keren city focusing on law pointed out that more endeavors should be exerted in Anseba region towards nurturing moral virtues among students. A report presented at the meeting indicated that the role of parents and government bodies is vital to this end.

Heading the seminar, Mr. Amanuel Tesfai, Prosecutor in the region, gave briefings on ways and means of handling instances of crime on the part of students.

Also speaking at the meeting, Capt. Tekeste Tekle, Commander of the Second Police Station in Keren, and Mr. Hagos Adhana from the Education Ministry's regional branch on their part called for integrated efforts towards the realization of the cherished goal. Prevalence of moral virtue among students is an asset as regards fostering the teaching-learning process, they added.
