Angola: Tocoist Church Leader Lauds Head of State's Yearend Message

The leader of the Our Lord Jesus Christ Church in the World, also dubbed Tocoist Church, bishop Afonso Nunes, has said that the end of the year speech to the nation delivered by the Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, demonstrates a good analysis and interpretation of the signs of the time.

Afonso Nunes considered the president's message to be of great vision because it promotes harmony and stability, as well as values human life and recognises the contribution of rural women.

The bishop hoped that the citizens can see the lessons on the Angolan president's message, so that 2014 can be a year of harmony, dialogue, tolerance, brotherhood and fraternity.

The prelate also emphasised that forgiveness must be the main banner of the Angolan people.
