Gambia: Prison Authorities Should Be Informed of Ex-Justice Minister's Case - Magistrate Abeke

Principal Magistrate Hilary Abeke of the Banjul Magistrates' Court, on Tuesday stated that the director general of Prison Department, should be informed or put in notice of the jailed former justice minister -Lamin AMS Jobarteh's case at the said court.

The decision of the trial magistrate came as a result of the accused jailed former attorney general Justice Minister Jobarteh's absence in court when the case was called for hearing.
