Nigeria: Bamidele Alleges Plot to Implicate Him in Murder Case

A member of the House of Representatives in Ekiti State, Hon. Opeyemi Bamidele, has raised the alarm over an alleged plot by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to frame him up on a trump up charge of attempt on the life of the security aide to the governor of state, Deji Adesokan.

Bamidele , a governorship aspirant on the platform of the Labour Party (LP) in the state, clarified that the two accused persons, Afolabi Oyediran and Oluwafemi Sunday, who were arrested within the premises of Adesokan in December last year, were neither members of Ekiti Bibire Coalition nor his close allies.
