Kenya: MP Opposes Governor's Harambees
By Maurice Alal, 3 January 2014
KASIPUL MP Oyugi Magwanga has defended leaders opposed to fundraisers being conducted by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero in Nyanza.
Speaking yesterday during a press conference in Kisumu town, Magwanga said it is true that such harambees raise eyebrows and as leaders they must question their intentions. Magwanga said counties have allocations to initiate various developments.
