Ethiopia: Direct Talks Between South Sudanese Rivlas to Begin Sunday

Addis Ababa / Juba — Ethiopian officials said late on Saturday that face-to-face talks between South Sudan government and rebel representatives will begin on Sunday. However, with government and rebel forces fighting to take control of Bor and Juba, the situations on ground may been that face-to-face talks will be further delayed, an observer told Sudan Tribune.
