Kenya: Kiambu Governor's Roundtable At Windsor

Kiambu County Business Coalition recently held a breakfast meeting at the Windsor Golf and Country Club where a new initiative to promote investment in the county was launched. The Governor's Roundtable will be held quarterly and its aim is to formulate manufacturing and business plans for Kiambu.

Present during the meeting were Kenya Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairman Thinguri Warwathe, Kenya Association of Manufacturers CEO Betty Maina, KAM Central Kenya Chapter chairman Rajan Shah, Governor William Kabogo and his deputy Gerald Githinji, and Gretsa University Chancellor Dr Kibathi Mbugua.

All the nine County Cabinet Secretaries led by Eunice Karoki (Planning and Development), Dr Monicah Mukami (Agriculture and Livestock), Wanjiru Ndirangu (Education, Culture and Social Services) and Mary Ndunge (Finance) attended the event.
