Kenya: MP Wants Water Board Overhaul
By Wambua Kavila, 4 January 2014
He said the board has created artificial water shortages in some places so that businessmen can sell water to residents at exorbitant costs.
"This board is also behind the slow implementation of the Yatta dam as they are not keen to have the project start," Mwangangi said.
He told Matuu residents at the town yesterday that the acute water problem in the town is being addressed.
