Hai — HAI District Council has dedicated 2014 as the year to uplift education. Unveiling the new year's plans at the district headquarters in Bomang'ombe area.
Hai District Council Chairman, Mr Clement Kwayu said the quality of education has gone down by 40 per cent in both public and private schools, adding that the trend calls for a timely redress to make sure that children acquire a better education to suit the world job market.
