Kenya: Eldoret Slums Get Sh1.5 Billion

Eldoret The World Bank and the government will use Sh1.5 billion on slum upgrading projects in the town as from this year.
Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago said tarmac roads, street lights and modern houses will be put up in Huruma, Kamkunji and Langas slums. He met the county MCAs in his office yesterday.
