The High Court has postponed a ruling on an application filed by public service vehicle owners challenging the night travel ban imposed by the government in December last year to next week.

Justice David Majanja said he cannot make the ruling, which was scheduled to be delivered today until after the outcome of a similar case which is coming up for judgement on Tuesday.

The PSV owners were directed to appear before Justice Isaac Lenaola for a mention on Monday.
