Security agents and the National Commercial Tricycle and Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association (NATCOMORAS) Wednesday disagreed over whether the families of those killed on September 20, 2013 at an uncompleted building in Apo Legislative Quarters, Abuja, should be compensated.
Whereas the security agents insisted that the eight people killed were members of Boko Haram and were killed during exchange of fire, the association disagreed.
