THE government could surpass its domestic borrowing target of Sh106.7 billion to bridge a Sh329.7 billion budget deficit.
Since the beginning of the financial year in July, domestic debt has grown by Sh126.5 billion to stand at Sh1.8 trillion on November 22, last year, up from the Sh1.05 trillion held at the end of last financial year in June, 2013.
