Angola: Head of State Expresses Readiness of Humanitarian Aid in CAR

The President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, said on Friday that the Angolan government is not in a position to send troops to help the Central African Republic (CAR), but it can send humanitarian aid to alleviate the displaced people.

José Eduardo dos Santos expressed this willing while speaking on the occasion of the ceremony of year-end compliments to the diplomatic corps accredited to Angola, held in the Main Hall of the Presidential Palace in Luanda.
