Sudan: Eritrean Ambassador to South Sudan Holds Seminar With Nationals

Asmara — The Eritrean Ambassador to South Sudan, Mr. Girmai Gebremariam, held seminar with nationals residing in that country focusing on the current developments in connection with the crisis there vis-à-vis the initiative taken by the Embassy to evacuate fellow citizens from war-stricken cities.

In the course of the seminar conducted on Wednesday, Mr. Girmai outlined the process of the nationals' evacuation which witnessed collaboration of the UN and members of the Eritrean community in the country. He further shed light on future prospects of the situation in South Sudan, and advised the nationals to remain cautious in handling potential risks, besides expressing the Embassy's readiness to provide them timely information.
