Somalia: Four Injured in Explosion At Teashop in Luq

An explosion at a teashop in the town of Luq in Gedo region injured four people on Thursday (January 9th), UN-funded Radio Bar-Kulan reported.

Initial reports indicate the bomb was set off by remote control.

The victims are in hospital receiving treatment, Luq mayor Ishaq Borow said.

Security forces arrived at the teashop shortly after the incident, but have not yet arrested any suspects, he said.
