This came during the conference that was organized by the Association with the attendance of Head of the constitutional panel Amr Moussa and Chairperson of the National Council for Woman Ambassador Mervat el-Tallawi.

During the conference, Moussa said that the constitution has defined the powers of the president as it prevents the creation of a new dictator.

The constitution has put the president under control, Moussa said, adding that if the president violated the constitution he would be held accountable.
