Egypt: Russia Lifts Ban On 10 Egyptian Companies Exporting Citrus

Russia has lifted ban imposed on importing citrus from 10 Egyptian companies, said a statement by the Ministry of Agriculture on Friday 10/01/2014.

The Export Council for Agricultural Crops at Trade Ministry has praised the role played by the Ministry of Agriculture to lift the ban on Egyptian exports abroad and improve the export rates, it added.

In another context, Minister of Agriculture Ayman Abu Hadid assigned the Central Administration for Fighting Insects affiliated to Agriculture Ministry to secure the governorates' needs of pesticides to fight insects.
