Mogadishu — Legislators in Somalia's federal parliament have scrapped a motion to disqualify officials of former Prime Minsiter Abdi Farah Shirdon's Cabinet, Garowe Online reports.
Parliament Speaker Mohamed Osman Jawari said 218 MPs were present Tuesday at parliament hall in Mogadishu to debate the motion, but a group of 12 MPs requested that federal parliament stop the vote on this motion.
