HEADS of Schools and School Management Boards have been warned against charging parents extra levies on Form One students joining secondary schools.
Cabinet Secretary Education, Jacob Kaimenyi yesterday reinforced the warning against principals, head teachers and school board not to burden parents with extra levies that do not have a direct bearing to quality of education being offered.
