Nigeria: Elechi Advocates Law Against Under-Aged Domestic Helpers

The First Lady of Ebonyi State Governor, Chief Josephine Elechi, Wednesday advocated bye-laws prohibiting the use of under-aged children as domestic helpers in the state.

Elechi made the call during a meeting she had with wives of chairpersons of local government areas, wives of Development Centre Coordinators, Female Coordinators, wives of the state House of Assembly member and wives of executive council members at the governor's lodge in Abakaliki.
