The Presidents of Uganda and Rwanda, Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame, respectively, left this Thursday morning Luanda for their countries, after attending the 5th Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR).
On Wednesday, the Heads of State and Government discussed issues related to peace and security of the organisation, those situations prevailing in DR Congo, Central African and South Sudan, both in the military and humanity domain.
