Tunis — The nine elected members of the Independent Higher Authority for Elections (ISIE II) have been sworn in on Wednesday before caretaker President Moncef Marzouki.
At an official ceremony held on the occasion, President Marzouki highlighted the "huge responsibility" entrusted to this body which is expected to prepare next elections and provide the best conditions for their success, the final aim being to complete with success the transitional stage.
