Monrovia — Busy Broad Street and other surrendering Streets in Central Monrovia, woke up early Wednesday as usual with street vendors bringing their markets to the sidewalk to sell for the day, but uncertain of earning their living due to constant harassment from the police.
"The police can run behind us and seize our goods and we cannot get it back, because they don't want us to sell on the streets, but if we do not sell, how will we eat," Says Jerome M. Wamah, a street seller on Broad Street.
